As a karateka and Jeet Kune Do practitioner who suffers from dystonia these are perfect, the dystonia effects my wrist so they give me enough protection and the MMA style works with making a fist upon impact of a bag. The added protection works for takedowns and throws too when I have a cross training sparring session. Love them, highly recommend, might buy a spare pair in a different colour too 🤣

Delivered in a plastic bagInside sit these MMA fitness gloves . They are made from PU leather and have padded guards over the fungers . The velcro strap adjusts around your wrist for maximum comfort .I've got them for punchbag training they definitely protect my knucklesWell made and the size is fabulous. They fit my shovel hands no problem . Happy to recommend !
Composite padding means you can hit the bag as much as you want without worrying about breaking your hand. The gloves are comfortable and the wrist support is good. They provide good protection for the knuckles and sides of the hand.These gloves are more of a men's size, as long as you measure your hand carefully and choose according to the size instructions, the gloves will fit perfectly.
Great gloves for some punching practice - got them for my brother and he said they're really good. The padding is thick but comfortable and the general fit is nice.Brother said he likes the precision, comfort and protection he gets with these - unlike using your bare hands or bigger boxing gloves!Would recommend.
